Brandon Batt

Brandon Batt is Chief People and Transformation Officer. Following a career spanning from Legal, Human Resources, Internal Communications and M&A, Brandon joined Quadient in 2018 based in Bagneux, France with an initial mandate to support the definition of the new Back to Growth strategy. Brandon then founded the Transformation organization in 2019, a global team comprised of Corporate Social Responsibility, Mergers & Acquisitions, Legal, Compliance, Internal Communications and Strategic Operations, driven to execute the strategy and help unify Quadient’s organization. Brandon was appointed interim Chief People Officer in the summer of 2022, before being named Chief People and Transformation Officer in June 2023. Brandon is an American citizen and is based in Boston, Massachusetts, USA.
